We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who, as a versatile technical expert, knows how to navigate a rapidly changing AI landscape. You will build the features, write the code, and make our AI modules more powerful day after day. You won't be developing standard software.

You listen, ask the right questions, and translate needs regarding data, documents, email, content, automation, and customization into concrete solutions within the secure Zaia environment. You design, build, and maintain new features in the Zaia platform and ensure a strong front-end and back-end. You listen to users, understand their context, and quickly identify opportunities, doubts, and needs. You translate business challenges into concrete AI applications that are secure, practical, and feasible. You take responsibility for the entire development process: from initial concept to design, build, test, deployment, and follow-up.

You maintain existing modules, spot opportunities for improvement, and build a sustainable, scalable architecture. You present technical choices clearly and convincingly, without unnecessary complexity or jargon. You help organizations understand where AI can already create value today in their teams, processes, and communication. You work closely with product, design, sales, and management to effectively translate opportunities into solutions. You ensure growth by building the right features, building trust in the technology, and delivering AI solutions that create real value. You see opportunities, understand how code and architecture make an impact, and know when to listen, advise, or take decisive action. You get energy from building new features, but also enjoy working on stability, quality, and sustainable code.

You communicate clearly, professionally, and reassuringly with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. You work goal-oriented, follow up closely, and keep your sprints and backlog active and organized. You don't need to be an AI researcher, but you do want to understand how AI, data, and digital tools help organizations move forward. You take initiative, work autonomously, and know how to tightly organize your own development agenda. You are strong in modern front-end (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and back-end (Python, Node.js, APIs, databases) and feel at home in a cloud environment (Azure). You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week and are willing to be present at the office or at client sites regularly when necessary. Experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, MCP, vibecoding, SaaS development, or B2B software is a plus. But above all, your maturity, eagerness to learn, drive, and ability to win trust make the difference.
